Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final - no returns or exchanges. Due to high demand, limited stock, and the unique character of each piece, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time. If you are sent the wrong size or damaged goods, contact us within seven days of receiving your package. The package must include the unworn item(s) with the original tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed fraudulent with Squarespace’s payment system.

Shipping

  • When will my order ship?

    Please refer to each item’s product description to view the time frame to which the item will be shipped. Most orders will ship within five business days after the order is received (excluding U.S.A. Federal Holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

  • I placed multiple separate orders, how will they be shipped?

    To conserve the environment and ensure you receive your package(s) in a fashionable time, we do our best to package the items altogether. However, if the items cannot fit altogether, we will ship them separately.

International Shipping/Customs

  • When will my order arrive?

    The arrival of your order varies based on the country and the courier’s delivery time. If your order has been in-transit for over 20 days, please review shipping updates and contact your local customs office to see if the order is available to be picked up or being held due to customs fees.

  • What is the pricing for international shipping?

    International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of the package(s).

  • Are duties, taxes, customs fee(s) included in the shipping cost?

    No, we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fee(s) that may incur with international orders. You are responsible for any set fees that are set by the customs office in your country. If an order is sent back to us for any reason, you are responsible to cover the reshipping fees for the order.

Tracking

  • I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

    We are not responsible for lost packages by the mail courier or stolen packages. If your order states that it is delivered, or you believe your packages were lost or stolen, directly contact your mail courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) to file a missing package claim. They will be able to better assist you as we do not have access to the detailed transit information after the package(s) leaves our location.

  • We are not responsible for invalid or incorrect addresses. If your items are returned to us due to the invalid or incorrect address placed at checkout, you are responsible for the fees to reship the order. After we contact you to arrange a new delivery, you must respond to our email within 30 days, or your order will be Null & Void.

Restocking Items

  • Do you restock sold-out items?

    If the items are sold-out, we may not restock them due to the exclusive nature of each limited piece. Be sure to follow us on social media or our newsletter.
