Social Media Pages. We maintain a social media presence on platforms such as Twitch, Discord, TikTok, Instagram, and X (our “Social Media Pages”). In addition, the companies that host our Social Media Pages may provide us with aggregated information and analytics regarding use of our Social Media Pages.

a. How We Use Personal Data

We do not no control, review, or take responsibility for third-party websites or their content. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites or to any collection of your information after you click on third-party links. We encourage you to read the policies of every website you visit. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply our endorsement of any third party or its products, services, content, or websites.
5. Your Choices Regarding Information
You have several choices regarding the use of information on our Services:
a. Email Notifications. We may send newsletters and/or promotional emails that promote our Service or third parties’ goods and/or services. You may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email you receive. Even if you opt out of promotional messages, we may still send you service-related communications, including notices about updates to our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the security practices of those third parties, and we do not have the ability to access or recover credentials for third-party accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party accounts (including your login credentials) and for contacting the relevant provider if you believe your account has been compromised.
8. Minors
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as reasonably practicable.
